Capot's Jinzhou production base is a multi-purpose chemical manufacturing facility supporting process scale-up and commercial production of complex chemical intermediates and specialty chemicals. The site covers approximately 140,000 m² with multiple production workshops, utility systems and comprehensive manufacturing support infrastructure, meeting scalable manufacturing needs for diverse chemical processes.Production FocusJinzhou primarily handles scalable production and long-term supply of pharmaceutical intermediates, starting materials, agrochemical intermediates, advanced material intermediates and specialty chemicals.

The site is equipped with over 100 reaction vessels of various specifications, including stainless steel and glass-lined materials, flexibly configured for different chemical reactions and process requirements. Supporting systems for low-temperature operation, hydrogenation, purification, drying and related utilities enable scale-up and commercial production of complex processes.

Capot's production facilities support diverse chemical processes, including reactions with higher control requirements for temperature, pressure, dosing, mass transfer and process safety. Through process scale-up experience with complex reactions, laboratory processes are progressively converted into controlled, scalable manufacturing.
