Introduction, transformation and selectivity control of fluorinated functional groups and fluorinated structural units.

Enzymatic Catalysis and Chiral Transformation

Construction, resolution and defined transformation of chiral centers and specific functional groups through enzymatic catalysis and other stereoselective methods.

Complex Heterocycles and Fused Scaffolds

Construction of nitrogen-, oxygen- and sulfur-containing heterocycles, as well as polycyclic, fused and sterically congested scaffolds.

Nucleoside and Carbohydrate Chemistry

Protection and deprotection, glycosylation and key structural transformations for nucleosides, glycosides and multiple stereocenter systems.

Unnatural Amino Acid and Peptide Construction

Advanced Process Technologies

A focus on special reaction and separation technologies with a high engineering threshold, strengthening control over temperature, heat transfer, residence time and complex separation sequences.

Cryogenic Reactions

For temperature-sensitive and highly reactive systems, some processes operate at approximately −100°C to −70°C.

High-Temperature Reactions

For systems requiring elevated reaction temperatures, controlled ramp-up, holding and cooling extend the processing window.

Continuous Flow Chemistry

Continuous flow process development and validation centered on heat transfer, mixing and residence time control.

Molecular Distillation

Gentle separation and purification of high-boiling and heat-sensitive materials using short residence times and lower operating temperatures.

High-Vacuum Rectification and Complex Separations

Reduced-pressure rectification and high-vacuum separation for systems with close boiling points, difficult separations or a need for lower operating temperatures.

High-Risk Reactions and Controlled Processing

For chemical processes with high reactivity, marked exotherms, toxicity, corrosivity, pressure or special handling requirements, Capot carries out controlled operations through suitably equipped assets, process control and EHS management.

Cyanation Reactions
Process execution capability for reactions introducing a cyano group, with condition optimization for different substrates and reaction systems, and full-course control combined with closed handling, off-gas and waste management.
Nitration Reactions
Cryogenic and moderate-temperature nitration capability, mainly for mononitration and systems with demanding regioselectivity, managing strongly exothermic sequences through temperature, dosing rate, heat transfer and end-point control.
Chlorination Reactions
Process execution across chlorination systems using chlorine, phosphorus oxychloride or trichloroisocyanuric acid, selecting the chlorination mode to match substrate reactivity and target selectivity, with corrosion-resistant equipment, controlled dosing and off-gas treatment.
Amination Reactions
Capability covering aqueous ammonia, liquid ammonia and related amination systems, operated under closed or pressurized conditions according to reaction characteristics, achieving stable reactions through temperature, pressure and feed control.
High-Pressure Catalytic Hydrogenation
A range of catalytic hydrogenation and selective reduction capabilities at operating pressures up to approximately 5.0 MPa, with temperature, pressure and hydrogen supply controlled according to substrate and catalyst system.
Controlled Oxidation
Execution of a range of oxidation reactions, improving process stability for clearly exothermic or oxidation-sensitive systems through oxidant addition, temperature control, end-point monitoring and thermal risk assessment.
